This is a music release and one hour of listening to The Record Roundup: an 8-hour soundtrack for inner dimensional travel for trauma survivors. Originally mixed for stereo sound, these tracks are upmixed using spatial audio production tools by Envelop for a 5-speaker sphere of sound at the First Unitarian Universalist Church in San Francisco.

The event is 75 minutes which includes the 60-minute curated journey followed by a heart-centered reflection time. You’ll also receive a complementary copy of the 8-hour Record Roundup in a credit card size USB flash drive in a high fidelity MP3 format. It will include liner notes, playlist, featured artist biographies, the purpose of journey work, guide to set and setting, cover art and more.

As a trauma survivor myself, this music speaks directly, effectively and compassionately to the deeply wounded who yearn to be whole. You’ll connect with 8 hours of 110 tracks with seamless transitions culled from a wide array of genres with an expansive dynamic range for one single purpose — to unlock and process disturbing experiences that are difficult to penetrate and understand.

NOTE: This is a substance free listening exploration while sitting on comfortable couches and chairs. The room will be dimly lit but you’re welcome to bring eye mask/shades. It will be heated but dress in layers for maximum comfort. There are only 25 seats available per session. This will be a very safe space together with caring friends.

There are two seated general admission events this one night.

The listening sessions are at the Fireside Room within the First Unitarian Universalist Church 1187 Franklin St, San Francisco, CA 94109 in San Francisco

Come in through the glass door entrance on the Franklin St side of the church. Doors close 15 minutes after start time. Sales are final. Because of the nature of this occasion, you’ll be asked to sign a waiver at the doorway.

Healing Trauma
One of the ways psychedelics work is by reducing our psychological defenses. They allow the person to become aware of uncomfortable feelings and thoughts so they can come to the surface and be therapeutically processed.
